This election will not go ahead in May 2025, as originally planned.

Suffolk County Council is taking part in a programme of local government reorganisation. The May 2025 election will be postponed while this reorganisation is completed.

  • Voting by post

    If you know that you won't be able to get to the polling station on polling day, you can vote by post. You have until 14 April 2025 to Apply for a postal vote.

    If you have a postal vote, your local council will send your postal voting pack around three weeks before polling day.

    If you have not received your postal voting pack, you can contact West Suffolk Council on 01284 757131.

    Replacement packs can only be issued from 25 April 2025 until 5pm on 1 May 2025.
